Yoga Flow Class (30 min.)

This is a “greatest hits” class from the Virtual Y. It’s designed to bring strength, flexibility and steadiness to body, breath and mind.

Used with the permission of the Virtual Y (YMCA of the North). All Y members have access to a library of digital classes… fresh daily!

This class is an abbreviation of the “Sthiram/Sukham” (steadiness and ease) practice, which I learned from the Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness.
